CALLE QUETZAL, PALM SPRINGS

The Calle Quetzal house was my first home rehab in Palm Springs. I was able to take this normal home built in 1980 and make it look extraordinary for 2018. My main drive here was to make this house on par with homes in the price range of $700,000. I removed the walls to open the floor plan and provide the ultimate entertaining space, fitting for the Palm Springs lifestyle. The finishes had to be the finest. Custom cabinetry. Stained concrete floors. Quartz countertops.

EXTERIOR DETAILS

For the exterior, I removed 3 trees, 1 in the rear and 2 in the front. The one rear yard tree was just a tall bush and was better served being removed. The trees in the front opened the view from the living room directly to the San Jacinto mountain, which also produces one of the most amazing sunset views anywhere in the world!
