Here we grow again! After completing the Avenida Mirola project, I found out that the investor on this Avenida Atezada project had fallen out of sorts with their partner, and was looking to dump the project. I stepped in to help out and picked up the property, and now I'm moving forwrad with completing the build of a dream home for a new family. I'm incredibly excitied about this opportunity, but also exhausted! This is my first solo project, and keeping all these parts moving is exhausting. Every detail needs to be checked and double checked. But hey, if it were easy...

The biggest issue I'm running into is the design. I want to do so many things here, but I find myself second guessing color schemes and finishes. Decisons like high glossy or matte finish for the floors could have a serious impact on the buyers I'm looking to attract. So I'm going with my gut, and a cool concrete look for the flooring, white cabinets for an open clean feel, Calacutta gold quartz counters to accent the cabinet handles and black faucet. A sweet 30", 5 burner Wi-Fi enabled oven is going in. Fun stuff in the bath as well: Chrome fixtures will compliment the large format shower tiles. This ought to be fun!
