Although this website requires no previous knowledge or experience for a user
to enjoy the benefits, this page answers
some questions often asked by
users.
- Are these real postcards?
Yes! Unlike many other sites where you send email postcards, these
are 100% tangible, hard paper, glossy on the front and written on the back
post cards. Just like the ones your mom has been holding on to for years.

- Will they have the postmark from the city they represent?

No. Postage
regulations do not allow for a falsified postmark.
- Where will they be mailed from?

The cards are mailed everyday from our facilities at the North Pole. Ok,
from Los Angeles,
California.

- How many cards can I order?

As many as you would like. I encourage it.
- Where do the cards come from?
The cards come from postcard manufacturers from around the world. These are
the same cards you walk pass at the tourist stop. Rest assured these are
the finest quality postcards available.
- What happens if the card is not delivered?
I take every measure to ensure that the cards are correctly printed and
delivered to the Post Office for mailing. If by some chance a card is not
delivered, inform me of such an occurrence and every measure will be taken
to insure re-delivery of your card.
- Immediately after sending a card, I realized sent the card to the wrong
address. Now what?
In this case, click the Contact Us link below, and send an email immediately
stating your name, your email, and the delivery information. Cards are
usually mailed the day after receipt, so there's chance the card can be
stopped and properly addressed. A correction email will be sent stating the
actions taken.
- Do I need to create an account?
No, you do not need to create an account. However, in the future, the site
will feature creating an account and
using the login feature to allows retrieval your user information
automatically, and bypass entering that information whenever you want to
send a card.
- Where do you get the cards?
I order them from the same distributors the retail shop you bought your last ones from orders theirs.
I have distributors from America,
South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia. Wherever there's travel, I'll be
there ordering cards.
